  • With local councils improving the regulatory side of holiday-lets, we proactively stay up to date with all requirements for our clients properties and manage to the entire application process on your behalf.

    This process is included in our management fee for fixed term clients.

  • An essential aspect of a holiday-let is ensuring your property is fully compliant. Legislative requirements such as Fire Risk Assesments, EPC rating, EICR, PAT Testing and Gas Safety checks can all be managed by us on your behalf making it easier to stay compliant and your guests safe.

  • Without the right care and attention to detail when taking photographs of your property, you could be missing out on bookings and ultimately, revenue.

    At Heritage, our team will ensure we have your property looking and photographed at it’s best.

  • To maximise revenue, we select a number of hosting websites which we shall list your property on.

    In addition, we shall also utilise niche websites depending on the property type and location.

    For example, a property in close proximity to a popular tourist golf course would be advertised on the relevant golfing stay websites.

  • At Heritage, we feel it’s important to proactively evaluate our marketing and advertising on your property whilst keeping up to date with events in your area.

    This allows us to adjust your nightly stay to suit seasons and events, thus, further optimising your revenue.

  • A vital aspect of hosting your property is ensuring a smooth experience for guests. To assist, we utilise state of the art booking software that seamlessly synchronises all hosting service websites to avoid double bookings and check-in/out issues. All whilst having a local team to troubleshoot where required.

  • To assist with your guests stay at your property, we provide bespoke guest packs containing all relevant information on the property and local area alongside fire, health & safety documents. Also, we have a customer service portal which allows guests to troubleshoot, query and log issues for our team to manage seamlessly on your behalf.

  • With the best will in the world, sometimes things can happen and issues can arise.

    Thankfully we have our own maintenance portal for each property we manage which allows both guests and owners to log and track maintenance issues. Once logged, we can quickly and efficiently action and resolve issues all whilst keeping the owner up to date.

  • At Heritage, we would rather find issues whilst they are small and easy to do deal with.

    Our way of ensuring this is to carry out quarterly inspections of your property and provide our reports to you for full transparency including any recommendations.
